3.4.1 First inventory
Run the Warehouse application, open the main
menu (see the preceding chapter) and tap
on the icon Stocktaking . Use the button START
STOCKTAKING to open the dialog with an
overview of all products.
For each product, enter the number of pieces
and then complete the inventory by clicking
on the button FINISH INVENTORY . The inven-
tory can be also limited to the selected tags
or categories.
Once inventory has been performed, you
can start charging. Whenever any product is
charged, the required quantity is automatically
deducted from the warehouse.
The quantity of the charged product can be entered just by tapping
on its tile on the Dotypos main screen repeatedly, or eventually with
the b/- at the specific item after adding the item to the order.
If you hold your finger on the product tile on the Dotypos main
screen, you can see the actual quantity in stock for a given product
