3.4 Dotypos Stock application
Dotypos can also contain the stand-alone ap-
plication Warehouse. This is used for managing
warehouse items. Information about warehouse
items is automatically uploaded into Dotypos
and vice versa. So if you create a product
in Dotypos, it will be automatically transferred
into the warehouse.
The availability of Warehouse depends on
the bought license. You can install the Doty-
pos Warehouse application using Dotypos
Marketplace. After installation the application
tile appears in the tile menu on the main screen.
In Dotypos, create categories first and then in-
dividual products for them. Enter the purchase
and sale price of products. Then in the appli-
cation Dotypos Stock perform the inventory to
determine the quantity in stock for each product.
By tapping on the icon

open the main menu of the Warehouse
application with access to the stocktaking and warehouse reports.
The upper panel (2) displays the created categories and in part (3)
you will find the overview of products.
