Type 777
This chapter describes the final assembly of the padlock.
Requirements: 1 matching key, 1 engaging piece (229303), 1 bolt (217102), 1
screwdriver for recessed head screws.
Note! You did already insert the core in the body and fastened it with a
security ring (202335F).
Ill. 41: Positioning engaging piece
1. Please insert a matching key into the
cylinder core.
2. Hold the core body as illustrated and
insert engaging piece accurately fit-
ting from behind into the cylinder
core.
Caution! The shackle always has to be closed if the core body is not in-
side the padlock. Otherwise the fixed spring elements may get disen-
gaged and have to be re-assembled.

3. Please insert the core body into the
padlock with closed shackle.
