Type 333KL
This chapter describes the assembly of the divided cam with coupling for type 333KL.
You require: 1 appropriate reversible key, 1 coupling (502154),
1 cam (a: 503501 008; b: 239509 008), 1 security ring (202335F) for the cam, 1 se-
curity ring (202335F) for each extended side (optional), 1 pliers (265776) for the cam,
1 pliers (261669) for the extension (optional).
Note! You have already mounted the core on the long side and inserted
the cylinder pin 243515. If you assemble an extended cylinder, you have
already inserted the extension and the cylinder pin 245313.

1. Precisely insert the coupling in the
broad cam.
2. Put together the broad and the nar-
row cam at the joint.
3. Position the cam in the centre of the
cylinder so that the broad cam part
points in the direction of the long
cylinder side.

4. Slide the broad cam part in the di-
rection of the cylinder body until the
cam is flush with the cylinder body.
5. Swivel the narrow cam part until it is
also flush with the cylinder body.
6. Push back the core into the cylinder
body while slightly rotating it.
7. Turn the key until the coupling en-
gages with the cam.
