Filling the cylinder core
Note! Fill the cylinder core on a soft surface (e.g. foamed material) where
you can slightly press in the core. The soft surface allows for the easy
insertion of the core into the body without the pins dropping out.

You can determine the type and num-
ber of the profile pins due to the profile
indicated in the assembly structures.
Note! If no profile pin is applied at position 6, a ball with a diameter of
2.1mm (235898) must be inserted at position 6.

The boreholes for the profile pins are
numbered.
Perpendicular (1,2,3,A,B,C): 242637
(opposite to the core pins)
Horizontal (4,5,6,7,8,9,0): 207464
In the example: 2,3,5,A
1. Insert the appropriate profile con-
trol pins with the tip ahead into the
borehole and secure them against
falling out.
2. Insert a ball (235898) at position 6.
Note! Depending on the provided profile, the appropriate boreholes are
locked. Example of profile A: boreholes B and C are locked.
