Caution! Always adjust the security rings so that the smooth side points
towards the cam.

core (with extension)
5. Hold the cam so that its top side is
flush with the cylinder body and its
bottom and lateral side slightly pro-
trudes.
6. Slide back the core into the cylinder
body.
7. Rotate the core until it is in its initial
position and remove the key secur-
ing the core at the same time.
8. Slightly bend apart the security rings
9. Insert the security rings in the pro-
vided positions.
10. Secure the core from falling out.
11. Press the security rings together
using the appropriate pliers.
Note! If you have a knob shaft with several boreholes and you do not
know which borehole to use for the mounting of the knob, you must di-
rectly measure at the cylinder body. For this purpose, you must insert the
knob shaft without knob into the cylinder body. You must use the first
visible borehole outside the cylinder.

12. Slightly wet the knob shaft with DOM
service spray.
13. Insert the knob shaft in the knob so
that the borehole on the knob shaft
is in alignment with the borehole in
the knob.
14. Insert the spiral pin in the borehole
of the knob.
15. Completely drive in the spiral pin
into the borehole without damaging
the knob.
