To use this feature, wear your Ryze Flex Smart Watch while you
sleep. The watch will automatically monitor your sleep and
track your sleep duration and quality.
You can view the sleep analysis in the App. It includes a
‘Sleep
Score’
that points to your measured sleep quality and provides
a detailed analysis on both the duration and the ratio of your
various sleep stages, including light sleep, deep sleep and
when you are awake.

Smart Watch. Inhale and exhale to a set rhythm and practice

menstrual cycle tracker. The function allows the user to set
their cycle length, duration of menstruation, and set a reminder
