2. Change the hydraulic oil and replace the filter
(protect your skin against the hydraulic oil)
- Raise the lift to support position (lower the outriggers) so that the axle unit comes off the
ground.

Drive the upper arm to a horizontal plane from the chassis control panel and support it (with
the telescope retracted)

Switch off the power unit and turn the key switch to position 0.
- Remove the plastic cover from the rear part of the turning device

Open the plug of the draining hose and discharge the oil in a waste oil reseptacle
- Clean and rinse the oil tank with a suitable agent.

Put the draining plug in place

Replace the filter cartridge (in connection with every second oil change)
- Fill the oil tank with hydraulic oil (factory filling Neste Hydrauli 28 Super or Esso Univis
J26 or environmentally friendly Raisio Biosafe Hydraulic oil 32 NE ) to the middle of the
markings on the dipstick. Never mix different oil sorts.

Put the filling opening cap in place and check the draining plug for tightness.
- Put the cover in place
3. Check the hydraulic hoses and pipes
Replace any externally damaged hoses or clashed pipes. Check the connections..
