ADJUSTMENT OF THE PLATFORM LEVELLING
The levelling automatics of the lift, based on quicksilver switches, resumes stepwise the level position
of the platform as the boom is raised or lowered.
If the levelling automatics does not operate as it should, the fault may be in the quicksilver switches.
The level position of the platform may only be adjusted by a technical specialist who is thoroughly
familiarized with the structure and operation of the lift. Only authorized service workshops are
allowed to perform the adjustment of the level position during the guarantee period.
No persons or goods allowed on the platform during the adjustment procedure.
Adjustment
Bring the chassis and the platform to a level position with the support outriggers.
Ensure that the quicksilver switch box is parallel with the platform, i.e. neither the quicksilver switch
box nor its attachment are damaged.
Remove the seal and open the cover of the box.
Unscrew the locking nuts of the quicksilver switch
adjustment screws.

the horizontal plane
The quicksilver
safety switches must break the electric
circuit as soon as the platform inclination exceeds the angle range of 10 degrees either in direction A
or B.
Perform the adjustment by turning carefully the switch little by little in the desired direction.

The quicksilver operational switch must switch on the electric circuit as soon as the platform
inclination exceeds the following ranges:
- 3 - 4 degrees in direction A
- 1 - 2 degrees in direction B
Perform the adjustment by turning carefully the switch little by little in the desired direction.
Lock the quicksilver switches with nuts after the
adjustment procedure is finished

Raise or lower the boom.
Repeat the procedure, if necessary.
Close and seal the cover of the box.
