17. Start LWD Program and Confirm System Operation

Power up the laptop and then start the LWD program (see

LWD Software Instructions

section). Select

File | New

or click on the new file icon

on the tool bar

, and then select the “Steering” option to open a

new steering file. The Steering Tool Job Information dialog box will appear before the new file opens.
