Balked landing with engine power

Air brakes . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . retract

WARNING
When approaching with the air brakes fixed in the half-ex-
tended position, one hand on the control stick and the other
on the throttle control, first select full throttle and then re-
tract the air brakes.
NOTE
Climbing is possible with the air brakes fixed in the half-
extended position.

Perform climb with at least 95 km/h (51 kts / 59 mph). Monitor oil pressure, oil
temperature and cylinder head temperature which all must stay within the green
range.

Electric fuel pump . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . OFF
If the fuel system is intact, the red warning light must not illuminate, because
the engine-driven pump maintains the fuel pressure.
