Chapter 4 Read This Chapter Whenever You Face a Problem. (FAQ)
Procedure
Before installation, confirm that the machine and the computer are not connected with the
USB cable.
Log on to Windows as “Administrators.”
Insert the DGSHAPE Software Package CD into the computer.
When the automatic playback window appears, click [Run menu.exe]. The [User Account Control] appears, click [Al-
low], and install the softwares. The setup menu appears automatically.
Uninstall the driver if it has been already installed.

Go to Step
if the driver is not installed or it is uninstalled.
Click [Custom Install].
Click [Install] of the "Windows Driver."

If the screen shown in the figure appears, click [Install].
Windows 8.1
