Program dialing
If one-touch dial keys have already been programmed with fax numbers and
a transmission/reception function (such as timer transmission or polling
reception), that function can be performed simply by pressing the
corresponding one-touch dial key.

Position the document to be faxed.
– Refer to "Positioning the document" on page 3-6.
– For polling reception, this step can be skipped.

If necessary, select the Quality setting.
– For details on selecting the Quality setting, refer to "Selecting the
fax quality" on page 3-10.
– For polling reception, this step can be skipped.

Press the one-touch dial key ([29] through [32], labeled in blue)
programmed with the desired function.
– When the switching plate is open in the upper position, the keys are
numbered 17 through 32.
– If a one-touch dial key was incorrectly pressed, press the
[Clear/Stop] key to clear the specified destination.
