REPORTING
From the "REPORTING" menu, various parameters are available for
specifying which fax communication reports are automatically printed.

Note
The settings for all parameters on the "REPORTING" menu can also be
specified from LSD (Local Setup for Diagnostic). For details, refer to
"Local Setup for Diagnostic (LSD)" on page 8-4.
When optional network interface card NC-503 or image controller IC-206
is installed on the machine, settings can also be specified from the
network tool Web Connection. For details, refer to the User manual for
the corresponding option.

REPORTING
Description

ACTIVITY REPORT
After every 60 transmissions/receptions, a report can be print-
ed to show the results of the transmissions/receptions. This
parameter can be used to select whether the report is printed
automatically when the 60th transmission/reception is
reached.
• The manufacturer’s default setting is "ON".

RESERVATION REPORT
If multiple recipients are specified for transmission, such as
with broadcast transmission and polling reception, a report
containing the specified settings can be printed before trans-
mission begins. This parameter can be used to select whether
this report is printed automatically.
• The manufacturer’s default setting is "OFF".

TX RESULT REPORT
This parameter can be used to select whether the report
showing the result of a transmission is printed automatically
after the transmission is finished.
• The manufacturer’s default setting is "OFF".

RX RESULT REPORT
This parameter can be used to select whether a report is print-
ed automatically after mailbox reception is finished. (If a regu-
lar reception is not finished normally, a report will be printed,
regardless of the selected setting.)
• The manufacturer’s default setting is "OFF".
