6 Catch call
: The numbers
of malicious callers can be saved
in the exchange of the network
operator (if the service is availa-
ble). The function is also possi-
ble if the caller has already hung
up!
■
7 Reject
: You reject the call,
and the caller hears a busy tone.
■
8 Deflect call
: You do not
accept the call. You specify the
telephone number of another
subscriber with
Destination
,
and deflect the call there after
pressing the
button. You
can only use the “Deflect call”
function if your user group is au-
thorised to forward calls to in-
ternal and/ or external destina-
tions.
5ƒISP connection
: You can, with
the necessary user group authorisa-
tion, configure your system tele-
phone to display and edit connec-
tions to the Internet established
via the OpenCom 100. First you
program the
ISP connection
function to a function key. The key’s
LED will light up as soon as the
OpenCom 100 establishes a connec-
tion to the Internet and will remain
illuminated for the duration of the
connection.

1 Disconnect
You disconnect
the current connection from the
OpenCom 100 to the Internet.
This disconnects all active users
from the Internet simultane-
ously.

2 Allowed
You permit the es-
tablishment of Internet connec-
tions via the OpenCom 100. Acti-
vate this with
.

3 Prohibited
You forbid the
establishment of Internet con-
nections via the OpenCom 100.
Activate this feature with
.
MenuCard “Phone book”
You can specify, edit and delete your
personal telephone book entries in
this MenuCard. If you have the nec-
essary authorisation, you can spec-
ify, edit and delete entries in the
central telephone book as well.
For each of your personal entries (i.e.
per
Name)
you can enter several
telephone numbers (
Office
,
Mobil
e and
Private
) and set one
of them as the
default number
. This
number will always be called auto-
matically if no other number is se-
lected prior to the establishment of
the call.
In the central telephone book you
can in addition assign a speed-dial-
ling number (
Abbrev. no.
) to
each telephone number. The system
offers you the next free speed-dial-
ling number.
