“Central settings”
You can define settings for your sys-
tem in this MenuCard. Access to it is
protected by the system PIN. If the
system PIN is set to “0000”, all groups
have free access to it.
Having selected the menu item, first
key in the system PIN if necessary,
and then select …
1ƒCall variant
: Choose
Variant 1
or
Variant 2
. This
changes call distribution in the sys-
tem. In time group 1 (variant 1), for
example, certain telephone num-
bers are signalled to other terminals
than those in time group 2
(variant 2). For more information
about call distribution, talk to your
system administrator.
Note:
Any “Divert MSN” always re-
mains in effect, regardless of the cur-
rently active time group.
2ƒDate / Time
: This allows you to
set the system’s time and date.
The date and time are taken over
from the exchange on the first exter-
nal outgoing call. If this information
is not transmitted by your network
operator, you can set the date and
time here yourself.
Shortcut Menus
MenuCard “Infos”
This MenuCard is used to quickly
locate messages that have arrived or
been saved. The same menu items
can also be found in the main menu.
The LED flashes slowly to indicate
that there are entries in the Info list.
