FITTING THE DOUBLE THERMOSTAT
On models
type 1÷4 the double thermostat is already
fitted to the heater. Models type 5÷7 are supplied with
the double thermostat inserted in the seat of the burner
plate and electrically connected, to guarantee integrity
during transport of the heater with the plenum
dismantled.
For assembly after installing the plenum, proceed as
follows:
•
Take the double thermostat out of the burner plate
by unscrewing and sliding it out.
During extraction, pull out the thermostat ( 1 )
carefully making sure it remains horizontal, thus
avoiding any twisting that could damage it.
•
Insert the double thermostat in the specific hole
(
2 ) at the top of the plenum and fasten it using the
screws supplied with the part.
•
Fasten to the plenum the cable hose collars ( 3 )
supplied with the unit.
•
Fasten the electric supply cable using the specific
cable hose collars (

) sited along the right hand
side of the heater.
The cable hose must be stretched between
the collars so that it does not touch hot parts
of the casing.
Before starting the heater, check the
settings of the double thermostat (25-35-
100°C).
