2.1. No picture and sound is output
No picture or sound is output
Check the HDMI/DVI cable connection
Is the HDMI cable properly connected?
Are you using an HDMI selector, repeater or a device for
improving picture quality?
Are you using a certified HDMI cable (one with the HDMI
stamp)?
Are you using an HDMI cable less than 5 meters in length?
Are the picture and sound output when another HDMI cable is
used?
Can you watch the picture on Disc Function by Analog Video?
Check the process of "3. Video out (CVBS) outputs no picture."
Does the HDMI output setting suit TV setting?
Check supply voltage and control signal for BE PWB
Check the process of "8.1 Stay on "Please wait…"."
There may be a problem with the HDMI cable. Check the
connection.
Disconnect everything and connect only the HDMI cable to
check
Use a certified HDMI cable (one with the HDMI stamp)
Replace the HDMI cable with one that is less than 5 meters in
length (2meters recommended) to check.
The HDMI calbe is defective
The BE board is defective.
Check the HDMI output setting, referring to the TV operating
instructions.
