“Modbus Slave” mode: in “Modbus Slave” mode, it is possible to read the values measured by

the data logger by using the function code 04h (Read Input Registers). The register address of a

measure is equal to the index of the measure reported in the description of the command MEAS-

UREMAP.

SD

 CARD

Command

Description

SDTEST

SD card test. If the card is not present, you receive the message

"?SD card MISSING|". If the card is busy, you receive the message

"?SD card BUSY|". If the free memory is less than 16 MB, you re-

ceive the message "?Insufficient memory left|".

SDCARDSTATUS

Checks if the SD card is busy in saving operations or files transmis-

sion or it is free and can be removed.

If the card is free, you receive the message "?SD card READY|". If

the card is busy, you receive the message "?SD card BUSY|". If the

card is not in place, you receive the message "?SD card MISSING|".

FREEMEM

Prints the amount of free memory in the SD card. If the card is not

present, you receive the message "?SD card MISSING|".If the card is

busy, you receive the message "?SD card BUSY|".

MSD

Switches to the mass storage mode. In mass storage mode the SD

card is detected by the PC as a disk drive. During this mode the writ-

ing of files to the SD card is suspended.

ARDWARE CONTROL

Command

Description

K#

Performs the reset of the data logger.

VSWCONTROL n b

Enables/disables the switched power output Vsw number n

(n=1,2,3).
If b=Y, the output is enabled (powered).

If b=N, the output is disabled (not powered).

If b=C, an ON/OFF cycle of the power output is performed.
