Prerequisites

Follow the safety guidelines listed in

Safety instructions

Before installing the expansion card riser 2A, install an expansion card into the riser, if ap plicable.

Steps

If removed,

install the exp ansion cards into the expansion card riser

Holding the touch points, align the expansion card riser with the connector and the riser guide pin on the system board.

NOTE:

While installing riser 1B, press the tabs and hold t he touch point to align the expansion card riser and the riser

guide pin on the system board.

Lower the expansion card riser into place until the expansion card riser connector is fully seated in the connector.
