11.5 Heater problems
11.5.1 No heating
Temperature of the galvanizing bath remains
unchanged
Possible causes:
Heater defective
Replace heater
11.5.2 Insufficient heating
Heating takes too long
Possible causes:

too low

temperature offset
or
temperature

EEPROM value using the
rhd
command; adjust that value using the
shd
command if required; see Sections

Use the suggested liquid volume (set in user menu)
Replace heater/heater controller as appropriate
