Replacing the fuel oil nozzle
1. Disconnect the ignition electrode cables.
2. Unscrew the screw

to remove the baffle.
3. Check the binding on the injection nozzle. Replace nozzle.
4. Tighten the nozzle.

Checking and setting the alignment of the flame
detection cell
CAUTION
Align the flame detection cell

with the combustion head
mirror

1. Loosen the central screw.
2. Clean the flame detection cell and the combustion head mirror with
a damp cloth. Turn the combustion head to align the flame
detection cell and the combustion head mirror.
3. To check that the flame detection cell is correctly positioned in
relation to the combustion head mirror, remove the combustion
head mirror. Slide the 6-sided spanner into the opening until it
comes into contact with the flame detection cell. Readjust the
alignment if necessary.

4. To re-assemble, proceed in reverse order.

Checking and setting the flame detection cell (18 kW
only)
CAUTION
To guarantee that the burner works correctly, the
potentiometer on the flame detection cell is set to 7. This
setting cannot and must not be modified.
1. Check that the flame detection cell is working correctly.
Power up the burner by creating a heating demand.
2. Remove and take the flame detection cell to the light.
3. The LEDs marked 1 and 2 are lit. The flame detection cell is
working correctly.
4. Cut the supply to the burner.
5. Put the cell carefully back in place in its housing.
