
3. Turn on the boiler using the on/off switch.
4. To prime the oil pump, make the burner safe by holding down the
key on the burner’s safety control box. The parameter
EKB
displays.
- Press the key on the burner’s safety control box to run the oil
pump.
- Press the key to unlock the safety control box.
- Switch the boiler off and then on again to delete the display on
the burner’s safety control box.
Check that the burner does not remain in safety shutdown.
5. Check and set the burner’s 3 operating outputs.

If a DHW sensor is connected and the antilegionella
function is activated, the boiler starts to heat the water in
the DHW tank. The heating time depends on the size of the
DHW installation.

18 kW boilers (IRD rouge cell)
The flame detection cell is preset to 7 (maximum sensitivity) and
cannot be modified (sealed by a capsule).

24–30 kW boilers (BST KCC 2002 cell)
