This chapter describes:
• The environment in which your workstation functions most efficiently
• The voltage requirements for your workstation
2.1 Site Requirements
To operate at its best, your workstation must be set up in a place that meets
certain requirements.
Caution
Failure to meet these requirements can damage the equipment.
2.1.1 Temperature and Humidity
• The temperature around the workstation should be between 5° F (10° C)
and 104° F (40° C).
The workstation should be set up away from heaters, photocopiers, and
other sources of heat.
Protect your workstation from direct sunlight.
