Para la sustitución de la válvula neumática es necesario:
ATENCIÓN: en caso de que se debe enviar el
amortiguador de vuelta al fabricante o a un cen-
tro de asistencia, previamente deberá vaciarse
de producto. En caso de productos tóxicos, nocivos o
peligrosos para la salud, el amortiguador debe tratarse y
lavarse convenientemente antes de enviarlo.
A1. Desmontar el cuerpo del amortiguador quitando los tornillos
de fijación.
A2. Sacar las membranas con el eje correspondiente.
A3. Quitar la válvula automática del cuerpo del amortiguador.

A. SUSTITUCIÓN DE LA VÁLVULA NEUMÁTICA
A. REPLACING THE AIR VALVE
ATENCIÓN: la válvula automática no se debe abrir,
para evitar el remontaje incorrecto y los consiguien-
tes problemas de funcionamiento del amortiguador.
A4. Montar la nueva válvula automática en el cuerpo del
amortiguador.
A5. Montar de nuevo el amortiguador invirtiendo el orden y
efectuar un apriete uniforme de los pernos de sujeción.
La sustitución de la válvula neumática termina de este
modo, de modo que se puede proceder a recolocar y a
efectuar las conexiones como se ha explicado en los
Capítulos anteriores.
