The Serial number is (should be) unique to the device and must be entered by the keyboard. Touch in the
Serial Number input text box to activate the keyboard. Enter the serial number and press
Next
when done.
This will automatically take you to the next Input box, which is for the device Make. A ‘hint’ is provided as
to what the Input box is for, in this case

It is not necessary to delete the ‘hint’, simply begin typing with the Make of the device.
Next
will take you to
the next input box. Once again, the ‘hint’ will indicate the type of input expected, or, if there was text
already in the input box, it will be displayed.
If you wish to exit the
Next
cycle of input, use the
Back
button on the tablet to go back to the Equipment
Information screen, Figure 35 .
