The

menu

the
WebAdmin
access
level
contains
settings
and
tools
that
help
you
isolate
card
production
issues.
Use
the
TroubleShooting
options
to
test
cards,
view
and
the
activity
log,
reset
the
log,
reset
counters,
and
reset
the
printer.
To
re
‐
enable
an
“Offline”
printer
and
set
it
back
to
“Online,”
you
must
enter
the
same
password
that
was
used
to
set
it
to
“Offline.”
