D3: Camera Link HS Status LED (as Data Forwarding receiver)

When the Xtium2-CLHS PX8 does not have a camera connected but is used as a Data Forwarding

Slave, (i.e. the board receives data on J3 from another Xtium2 in a separate computer), the LED

D3 describes these two additional conditions.
