1.2 Product description

RS

Fast Ethernet Media Converters offer a compact, cost-effective way to convert and transmit data

among twisted pair, and fibre network cabling environments. They allow the use of fibre media with
full-duplex devices such as Fast Ethernet switching hubs, and may sometimes be used with shared
(half-duplex) fast ethernet segments as well.
