5.2 Internal regulation panel
Ref.
Function
1
Trimmer for regulating the Start pressure.
For the
pressure boosting function, in the case of sets of 2 pumps:
- Trimmer for regulating the Start pressure in the Master pump.
- Trimmer for regulating the Stop pressure in the Slave pump.
2
Dip-Switch for selecting functions.
In the case of sets of 2 pumps, the Dip Switches must be set on the same functions.
3
Internal green led indicating communication between Master pump and Slave pump in the case of sets of 2 pumps
4
Green led = FIXED LIGHT with pump fed and with no flow of water.
Green led = BLINKING LIGHT with pump fed and with flow of water.
Red led = ALARM
5
External input connection faston for connecting either a minimum pressure switch or a minimum level float.
Attention! In the case of sets of 2 pumps, connect the 2 external inputs in parallel, respecting the faston
diameter!
Electrical characteristics:
Current voltage: 5V - lower than 1mA
For the pressure boosting and pressure and flow switch function: NC
For the RWS Function (rainwater collection): NO
6
RJ socket (6 pole) for 232 serial communication between Master pump and Slave pump in the case of sets of 2
pumps.
7
Electrical connection for auxiliary relay.
(remote alarm relay for Active System or 3-way valve feeding relay for RWS).
8
Mechanical fixing support for auxiliary relay.
9
3-way terminal for optional relay contact.
10
Optional relay for the RWS Function (rainwater collection)
Common NO – NC.
11
Electric supply connection to the card.
12
Electric supply connection to the pump motor.
In the case of sets of 2 pumps, AFTER HAVING TURNED OFF THE MAINS VOLTAGE, connect
the connecting cable provided to the RJ socket of the respective cards.
ATTENTION! The cable has a Master input and a Slave input which are well defined with
respective identification plate!
