Managing Call Features
(Settings → General → Call Features)
This screen helps you to configure your phone to manage your incoming calls.
GVC - 3000 has a call forwarding feature that forwards your calls to an alternate
number when you are unable to receive your call. GVC - 3000 also supports call
waiting feature which plays a special beep if another caller tries to reach you when
you are already in a call. You can place the existing call on hold, answer the
second call, and easily switch back and forth between the two calls.
Call Waiting:
Enable this if you want your phone to support call waiting feature.
Please refer section 7.5.1 for better understanding of this feature.
Call forward always:
Unconditionally forward your call. Press the “
Edit
” button to
view the contacts in your phone book. Select a contact from the phone book and
press “
Ok
” to confirm the destination.
Call forward when busy:
Forwards your call when you are engaged in conversation
or when your receiver is not in the cradle. Press the “
Edit
” button to view the
contacts in your phone book. Select a contact from the phone book and press “
Ok
”
to confirm the destination.
Call forward when no answer:
Forwards your call if you don’t answer the phone for
a specific time. Press the “
Edit
” button to view the contacts in your phone book.
Select a contact from the phone book and press “
Ok
” to confirm the destination.
