6.5. Connecting to a TV
Although the built-in LCD screen is ideal for individual use, you may find it useful
in some situations to display the pictures on a TV screen. For example, it is more
convenient to use a TV if several people need to see the screen, or if you are using
an MCU (Multi point Control Unit) to conference with more than one caller, with
video from several sources on the screen.
6.6. Before making a Call
Use the local view image to check that the camera is pointing where you want it to
and that it is in focus. If necessary, adjust the camera brightness, sharpness and
contrast to give a good picture. See the section on “Video Properties” for details on
how to adjust the sharpness, brightness or contrast of the local video image.
