The QoS/TOS denotes how a network should make tradeoffs between throughput,
delay, reliability and cost. D-Link Video Phone implements QoS as per RFC 2474
(Differentiated Services TOS). The Differentiated services byte in IP header carries
the QoS Value. Six bits of the Differentiated Services field are used to select per-
hop-behavior, a packet experiences at each node.
You can enter value in between 0 to 63 where in 0 means QoS not being applied
and packets would be transmitted as normal packets.
The above implementation is in conformance to Differentiated Services compliant
routers in the network and other v2ip phones

The entire Network related Configuration require “Save” for the changes to
come into effect.
8.2.6.Network Check
You can determine whether you can access an IP address from GVC - 3000 by
using the network check utility (Settings → General → Network Check). Enter a
valid IP or a Domain name and press “Check” to find out whether you have
network connectivity.
