Installation Instructions
NOTE:
This instruction sheet describes how to
replace the Rear Leg in the Arc Trainer 425A.
Tools Required
• Phillips screwdriver
• 7/32” Allen wrench (2)
• Rubber mallet and punch (optional)
• Grease
1. Read and understand all instructions thoroughly
before installing this kit.
2. Verify kit contents. See Figure 1.

4. Remove rear leg.
A.
Using two 7/32” Allen wrenches, remove the
inside BHSCS, spacer and plastic end cap.
While holding the rear leg, remove the pivot
pin.
NOTE:
You may need a rubber mallet
and punch to remove the pivot pin.
NOTE:
Older units have an aluminum end cap
and do not have a spacer.

Carefully lower the rear leg. See Figure 3.

3. Remove BHSCS, spacer and end cap.
A.
Using a 7/32” Allen wrench, remove the
BHSCS (Button Head Socket Cap Screw),
spacer and end cap securing the rear leg
to the foot bar. See Figure 2.
NOTE:
Older units have an aluminum end cap
and do not have a spacer.
