Mega-Cool 10'-120' Straight Span, Center-Mount In-Line Pump System
Center In-Line Pump Kits
(Complete Assembly)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Assemble Mega-Cool Systems following the procedures
in this manual.
2. At the center of the span, connect the Center In-Line
Pump Kit with 8" PVC tee section & 1-
1/4” x 1-1/4” x 1-
1/2" PVC tee reducer section as shown in diagram to the
left.
3. Locate reservoir and In-Line Pump in the center of
Mega-Cool System as shown in diagram to the left.
Follow instructions on pages 20 & 21 to install In-Line
Pump & water supply. Use In-Line Pump support
brackets and wood platform to support In-Line Pump and
strainer basket.
4. Installation complete.
Center-Pump System is a Mega-Cool design to span lengths
up to 120 feet from a single water supply & pump located at
the center of the System as shown in the diagram below.
NOTE:
Excessive turns/elbows in pipe
will reduce water flow and
stress the pump.
