To start Nero:

To check your 
CD-RW drive

You should see the SCSI/IDE identification string of your Creative CD-RW drive (for example, 
“CREATIVE CD-RW6424”) on the lower right corner of Nero’s main window.

If the message “No recorder selected” is displayed, you 
may have problems with your system configuration. Refer 
to the “Troubleshooting” section at the end of this chapter.
