3.  Select Start to start the vend process; drop a cup and dispense the drink. 

Note: If the SureVend

TM

 system is turned on the sensors must be activated within 3 seconds 

of the cup being dispensed. 

4.  Each drink can be tested as required by repeating the procedure above. 

5.5.10 Cup Drop: COTI 

This menu option enables the engineer to test the operation of the cup drop unit to ensure 
a cup is dropped and that the turret indexes correctly. 

While the test is running a Cup Dropping message will be displayed. On a successful 
completion of the test the screen returns to the Test screen. 

5.5.11 CoEx® Module  

This menu enables the engineer to test the operation of the CoEx® module components. 
While the tests are running the ‘test animation’ accompanied by a Test Started message will 
be displayed. On a successful completion of the test the screen returns to the CoEx®  
Module screen.  

5.5.11.1 Home Brewer 

Use this option to ensure that the brewer is able to reset and return to the home position. 

5.5.11.2 Espresso Valve 

Use this option to test the correct operation of the espresso valve. No water will be 
dispensed during this test but you will be able to monitor the voltage with a multimeter. 

5.5.11.3 Water Pump 1 and 2 

Use this option to test the correct operation of the water pump/s as fitted  to the machine. 
No water will be dispensed but you will be able to hear the pump running.  

Note: LINEA machines only have one pump.
