Procedure
Use All–Purpose grease on the Load End and Unload End shafts. There is a screw
shaft and a linear shaft on the Load End and a screw shaft and a hex shaft on the
Unload end. A 3/4 in. Acme threaded shaft is located in the center of the oven.
To access the center shaft it is necessary to remove the ten (10) screws with a 3
mm Allen wrench. Refer to Figure 5–11.
• Clean the each of the width shafts with denatured alcohol to remove any
accumulation of residue.
• Use a camel hair brush or similar applicator to apply the All–Purpose (AP)
grease along the length of the Load End shaft.
• Wipe any excess with a clean lint-free cloth.
• Repeat for the Unload End shafts.
• Use a camel hair brush to apply Krytox grease to the center width shaft.
• Wipe any excess with a clean lint–free cloth.
• Replace the cover to the center width shaft.
