Blower Inspection and Cleaning
Introduction
Clean the Blowers on the Bravo™ 8105 to maintain optimal process condition.
The amount of residue on the variables is process and environment dependent,
but it is recommended to clean the Blowers monthly — approximately every 170
hours of operation.
Electrical Hazard
Remove power from the machine before performing the following procedure.
Electricity is present at the terminals and may endanger exposed personnel.
Procedure
Access to the top blowers is gained by opening the hood. Access to the bottom
blowers is gained by removing the panels on the rear of the machine.
• Wipe the exterior of the blower with a lint–free cloth.
• Use compressed air to clean all blower openings and around the fan.
