If the CAL switch is used and the password is correct, the instrument
makes two beeps and displays message:
-EDIT-
CS_PW MODE
and enables you to change “programmable”, “password protected” and
“CAL switch protected” parameters.
•
If the CAL switch is used but the password has been skipped or is
incorrect, the instrument makes one beep and displays message:
-EDIT-
CAL_SW MODE
and enables you to change “programmable” and “CAL switch
protected” parameters.
•
If the
key is pressed and the password is correct the instrument
makes two beeps and displays the message:
-EDIT-
PASSW MODE
and enables you to change the “programmable” and “password-
protected” parameters.
•
If the
key is pressed but the password has been skipped or is
incorrect, the instrument makes one beep and displays the message:
-EDIT-
PROG MODE
and enables you to change only the “programmable” parameters.
The instrument illuminates both the
Cal
and
Set
indicators.
8.
Edit the instrument parameters as required. The programmable values
are indicated by the flashing display.
•
To change a numerical value, press
to increase a value, or press
to decrease a value. Press a key momentarily to change the value
one number at a time. Hold a key to scroll through the numbers. To
proceed to next digit, press
.
•
To change an option setting, press
or
to scroll through the
options.
9.
Press
to accept the currently displayed value and proceed to the next
parameter. You can press
to briefly view the current edit mode:
-EDIT-
XXXXXX MODE
, as described in step 6 above.
Continue to hold the
key to return to the main calibration menu.
10.
To exit from Calibrate Set mode, press
to scroll through the main
calibration menu to
END
, then press
. Otherwise, to quick exit from
any menu, you can press and hold
for two seconds or, if “Cal switch
protected” items exist, the CAL switch can be closed for two seconds.
The instrument makes two beeps and cancels the
Cal
and
Set
indicators.
