Filterpatronen
Sollte die Absaugleistung der Anlage zu
gering werden oder Staub aus der Anlage
austreten müssen die Filterpatronen (83)
überprüft werden.
Vor der Demontage sollte der R2D2-7 eine
Zeit lang laufen ohne das Staub angesaugt
wird. Die Druckluftabreinigung entfernt dann
die größte Menge des Staubs an und um die
Filterpatronen der Filteranlage.
Nach entfernen der Staubbehälters kann der
konische
Maschinenteil
unterhalb
der
Filterpatronen abgeschraubt werden. Dies
gilt nur bei der Variante mit Staubsäcken.
Durch lösen der Flügelmuttern unterhalb der
Filterpatrone kann die Patrone entfernt
werden. Blasen Sie die Patronen mit
Druckluft ab und untersuchen Sie diese auf
Beschädigungen. Gegebenenfalls muß die
defekte oder alle fünf Patronen ersetzt
werden.

Filter cartridges
If the performance of the R2D2-7 is not
sufficient any more or if the filtration is no
longer dust free the filter cartridges (83) have
to be checked.
Before you start, the dust collector should be
switched on for a while without sucking dust.
The pulse jet cleaning mechanism then
removes most of the dust on and around the
cartridges.
Remove the dust bin (96). If you have a bag
version, the conical part of the machine
frame has to be unscrewed.
By loosening the wing screws underneath the
cartridges they can be pulled out of the
machine. Use air pressure to clean the filters
and check them for any damage. If necessary
one or all the cartridges have to be replaced.
