Tips: How to measure the waist circumference?
Stand up straight, place the tape measure at the level of your
belly button and wrap it around your waist. Hold the tape
measure against your body, not too tight, and take a reading.
Adjust the belt by positioning the internal attachment on belt
number found on the previous step.
Then adjust the other side external attachment and bend the
belt to get a S-like shape.
Check if the adjustment is okay by placing
the center of the back belt on your spinal
cord. The notches on the belt facilitate the
positioning.
