Removing the Expansion Board Shipping Bracket

Each server node includes a bracket to keep expansion boards in place during
shipping. You must remove this bracket before installing or removing
expansion boards. Reinstalling the bracket is optional.

Remove the server node from the system.

NOTE:

  For detailed instructions on removing a server node from the system, see

Chapter 4, “Installing Hardware Options.”

Remove the expansion board shipping bracket.
