Accessing Software Updates

Software updates are available for some notebook families on the

Compaq Support Software CD

and for all notebooks at the

Compaq Web site. For instructions for updating software from the
Compaq Web site, see “Updating Software from the Internet” in
this chapter.

The

Compaq Support Software CD

provides the latest Compaq

software and instructions for installing and using it. The CD
includes such software as device drivers, ROM updates, and
utilities.
