McAfee Anti-Virus Scanning 

The CP-145(F) provides the capability to scan messages for virus files.  When 
virus scanning is enabled, as each message is output XML from the Foreign 
side of the gateway, each attachment file is scanned for known viruses.  The 
system can be configured to either reject infected messages, or to pass the 
message along with a replacement attachment notifying the recipient that the 
message contained a virus.

Virus scanning within the CP-145(F) is enabled via the Configure Utility.
