Outgoing call from Intercom system
Initiate call
For an outgoing call in auto-dialler mode, four possibilities are available:
Call via dialling interface: Dial the call number of the respective channel of the Gx-IAX card at the
Intercom station.
Call request/input message: For the respective channel, the “control desk function” is configured.
This means:
A call request is initiated at the Intercom station.
An input message is initiated via an input.
“Audio mixing for speech recording”
“Audio streaming by feed-in (4T, 6T)”
As soon as the call is set up, the 1st number in the currently selected dialling sequence is dialled.
Take over call at telephone – call via dialling interface/call request
If a password is configured (optional), the call is accepted with this 1- to 4-digit code.
If no password is configured, the call is switched through immediately (e.g. after going “off-hook”).
Take over call at telephone – input message
If a password is configured (optional), the input message is accepted with this 1- to 4-digit code and
by pressing the button “#”.
If no password is configured, the input message is accepted by pressing the button “#” only.
End conversation
The conversation is cancelled at the telephone by pressing the button “#” or at the Intercom station by
pressing the button

In order that input messages can be transferred to a VoIP system and that the messages can be
acknowledged accordingly, an appropriate configuration has to be carried out for these input mes-
