G8-IAX / G3-IAX
Auto-dialler mode

In the example on the previous page (screenshot), one input triggers the switch-over of the dialling se-
quences “1” and “2” for the channels “1” to “4” (of a Gx-IAX card):
Level input: Break (dialling sequence “1” is active)
Level input: Short (dialling sequence “2” is active)
Initiate call
Call via dialling interface
At the Intercom station, the call number of the desired channel can be entered via the Intercom station’s
keypad e.g. by direct dialling (configuration at
Subscriber > Direct Dialling
).
Call request and input message
Configure the respective channel of the Gx-IAX card as “central control desk”.
For the calling station, configure a “call request” to the respective “central control channel”.
For a calling input, configure an “input message” to the respective “central control channel”.
ATTENTION: Simultaneous dialled codes
Make sure that two inputs cannot dial a code at the same time. This could happen e.g. if codes for
“short” and for “open” are configured for several inputs. If one input closes and the other opens at the
same time, it cannot be guaranteed if the “open” code or the “short” code was dialled first (always the
code dialled last becomes effective).
NOTE: Further information
For further information about the configuration of the features described below, see manual
“
PRO 800 Basic
”.
ATTENTION: Input messages
An input message is set up to the VoIP phone like a call request or “phone call”.
The
(call number and “display text EE 811”) of the input message is indicated at the
VoIP phone.
If the indication of input messages via buzzer is deactivated, no call is issued to the VoIP phone
(
Inputs > Input message >
tab
Call types
).
In order to be able to acknowledge the input message on the VoIP phone by pressing the button
“#”, an appropriate acknowledgement type has to be configured (
Inputs > Input message >
tabs
Operations for ...
).
