Menu
The
Connect Device
option is the only option for this menu.

DESCRIPTION
Connect Device
Initiates connection process between computer
and SGTEL-168 Surge Generator. The
TransWare™
software will scan the
communication ports and engage connection
upon recognition of compatible generator.
When the connection has been made, the
Communication status at the bottom left corner
of the
TransWare™
window will change from:

This indicates that the unit is in its remote
operating mode. In this mode, all the front panel
controls on the generator itself are disabled, with
the exception of the EUT power switch.
