6.1.1.3 Install the TMA
PC requirements
• Standard PC with Windows 7, 8, 10, Vista or XP, and Ethernet
connection.
• Make sure that you have administrator rights for the PC.
Installation
To install the TMA, do as follows:
1. Go to www.cobham.com/satcom
.
2. Select
Cobham SYNC Partner Portal
.
3. Select
Downloads > Product software > Maritime
.
4. Locate the
ThraneLINK Management Application
software
package and download it to your PC.
5. Extract the files from the zip file.
6. Click
setup.exe
to start the installation wizard.
On Windows Vista/7/8/10, when prompted, select
Yes
to allow the
installation to make changes to the computer.
7. Follow the instructions in the wizard.
When the wizard is complete an icon appears on your PC desktop.
You can also find the TMA under Programs > Thrane > TMA.
