Troubleshooting

This section provides general troubleshooting information and specific 
symptom/corrective action for the 9932-EMDE card and its remote control 
interface. The 9932-EMDE card requires no periodic maintenance in its 
normal operation; if any error indication (as described in this section) occurs, 
use this section to correct the condition. 

Error and Failure Indicator Overview

The 9932-EMDE card itself and its remote control systems all (to varying 
degrees) provide error and failure indications. Depending on how the 
9932-EMDE card is being used (i.e, standalone or network controlled through 
DashBoard™ or a Remote Control Panel), check all available indications in 
the event of an error or failure condition.

The various 9932-EMDE card and remote control error and failure indicators 
are individually described below.

The descriptions below provide general information for the various status and 
error indicators. For specific failures, also use the appropriate subsection 
listed below.
